At Lavenwood Bakery, most of our products are available through pre-orders so that every item is freshly made just for you. Some offerings may also include subscriptions or try-before-you-buy options. Please review the details below for how these orders work and how cancellations are handled.
Pre-Orders
All pre-orders require full payment at checkout to reserve your item.

Because our baked goods are made to order, pre-orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lavenwoodbakery.com. We’ll review your request and let you know if a refund can be issued.

Once an order has been fulfilled or picked up, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you’ll receive repeat deliveries or pickups based on the frequency you choose.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each scheduled order unless you prepay in advance.

Subscriptions may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime using the link in your order confirmation email.
Try Before You Buy
For select items, we may offer a try-before-you-buy option.

Your payment method will be authorized before the order is fulfilled.

You’ll have a set time frame to decide if you’d like to keep the item.

If the item isn’t returned within that period, your payment method will be charged in full.
